~The Seven Sacred Truths of the Body and Spirit~

corresponding to

The Seven Chakras

The seven Sacred Truths correspond to the Seven Chakras which Eastern philosophies teach. This is that we are seven layered and these layers include the workings of both the ego/personality (External Power) (the lower self, operating through Chakras One to Three} and the Soul (Internal Power) (The Higher Self - operating through Chakras Four to Seven).

The chakras are viewed as a ladder of subtle energies that we climb to build a ~Self~ They are vortexes of spinning energy, or vibratory centres, that mould themselves into seven differing forms of human expression. These levels of consciousness are not seen but ~felt~ for emotion is e-motion, our movement of energy, or spirit. Our emotions and feelings differ according to our state of consciousness. Our energies can be high or low, from heavy or dense to light and refined depending upon which chakra level we are functioning on at a given time.

Do not think of these chakras as existing literally. The ~Self~ is an organising principle only; it has no form, so the chakra system is a metaphor for how we grow and shift our vibrationary levels in energies .

Just as esoteric/exoteric astrology seeks to blend the esoteric {soul} with the exoteric {personality} in order to integrate the ~whole~ being of an individual, the chakra ~ladder~ can show us the way and help identify where we are on our particular soul journey. It provides a structure to bring thought to form, unconscious to conscious and thus the evolution of the soul….{smile}

The process of healing and moving toward on ones life path  brings one to a new sense of definition. By acknowledging ones own needs and evaluating ones life accordingly one admits the present circumstances are neither acceptable to the person nor conducive to their healing. One comes to the realisation that one has to take steps to change, and in the process of healing learn to detach oneself from objects or people who are drawing the strengths right out of ones body.

The necessity of change makes healing a terrifying experience for many people as healing requires taking action. It is not a passive event. We are meant to draw on our inner resources, to find the material strengths to leave behind our out-moded beliefs and behaviours and to see ourselves in new healthy ways, to take up our beds and walk,

In the process of healing one finds oneself becoming more aware of the extraordinary world that lies beyond ones eyes. Ultimately one learns symbolic sight, the ability to use ones intuition to interpret  the power symbols in ones life. with  the realisation gained that we are indeed ~Walking our Path on our Soul Journey towards the destination of ~Growth~

 I hope that these pages may help those who might call in to rest a while on the path of their own Journey {smile}

And so we begin the journey through the chakras - please take the time to go through them in sequence as there is no quick ~fix~ when we are seeking to expand our consciousness awareness {smile} yet of course the choice is always yours {smile}

When we are born into physical form we set foot on  the first rung of the ladder which is…

External Power through the Chakras One to Three

and their corresponding Sacred Truths

we then continue on the ladder with the steps of

Internal Power through Chakras Four to Seven
